My mission for this website is to share practical tips to heal your body and life naturally. We want natural health to be accessible to everyone, no matter the size of your budget.  We want to maximize your time and money by providing natural personalized solutions through functional testing.

1. Real Food and Less “Healthy Products”
We are all about investing in real food. You don’t need to buy all the latest mushroom elixirs, protein powder, and superfood chocolate to be healthy.  These products are fun, but you don’t need them. Here we focus on minimalist grocery shopping and spending your money to maximize your health.

2. Simple Meals (Easy to Prep and Budget-Friendly)
We stand for simple meals to support your busy life. No one wants to spend hours in the kitchen. Here we can teach you how to make cooking easy and how to make it work for your life and budget.

3. No One Size Fits All Standard Plans.
Everyone has different genetics and a unique story that brings them to where they are today. What works for one women’s hormone imbalance won’t work for another. We share information on the blog that is generally helpful but may not be *exactly* what you need for your situation. This is why we offer personal testing packages to provide custom healing protocols.
